Our floors look brand new! We are so pleased especially that all the black damaged areas came out. You would never even know that they were there! We were also pleased with the professionalism of the company - from the estimate to the last day. The crew were on time, finished even before the estimated timeline, explained the process and what may or may not come out, called us back when we had questions, stopped mid-process so we could see the progress, were responsible with our house keys in securing our home, instructed us in how to continue to take good care of our floors, and overall just did an excellent job.
